3 November 2004 - Lafarge Aggregates Limited award us a grant from their Landfill Tax Credit Scheme. The trust is extremely grateful for this support and encouragement.

24 June 2004 - The Trust has now been accepted as a charity by the Charity Commission. Our registration number is 1104535.

15 June 2004 - Network Rail have agreed to remove the break clauses from the LEASE. We can relax a little now as the lawyers arrange the details.

18 April 2004 - We have a problem with the lease. Network Rail could exercise a break clause repossessing the signal box with six months notice. 26 March 2004 - The HEADS OF TERMS for the LEASE have arrived at long last! Thanks are due to all who helped achieve this. The solicitors can now discuss the detailed terms and arrive at the formal document. It's a much needed boost to the project and means we can progress to the next stages of planning and funding.
