26 March 2004 - The HEADS OF TERMS for the LEASE have arrived at long last! Thanks are due to all who helped achieve this. The solicitors can now discuss the detailed terms and arrive at the formal document. It's a much needed boost to the project and means we can progress to the next stages of planning and funding.
